The Plant with Amjad campaign gave me hope again for a truly green Baghdad. This enthusiasm that flowed in the mind of the young Iraqi expatriate Amjad in Belgium found someone who was enthusiastic about it with the same force and quickly transformed into young men and women working in a team spirit to plant Baghdad and turn its squares, approaches and suburbs into a beautiful green color.

Every time I see the dust covering the sky and land of my city, I remember the sick and the elderly, and I feel suffocated like them. Plant with Amjad campaigns made me think that the trees they plant will grow and increase until they become buffers for sand storms. I dream of my city under a blue sky.
